Semi-automatic bottle brushing and washing/rinsing machine is suitable for all kinds of bottles, vials, jars etc. It consists of brushing unit, rinsing unit, ss tank and motor drive of 1 hp, single phase. Output is up to 30 bottles with 2 head, 1 rinsing unit.
Semi-Automatic Capping Machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine is motorized incorporating rotating threading & sealing rollers, for threading & sealing of ROPP cap. Output is 1,000 – 1,400 bottles per hour.
Equipped with “No container no crown” arrangement. It has a single motor and synchronized conveyor, star wheel & platform turret. Adjustable height of conveyor belt. All contact parts are made out of stainless steel. Output per hour is 1,800 pcs. per hour.
