The machine is used in pharmaceutical industry to sort and transport round or square bottles. It is made of stainless steel and non-toxic plastic, speed of transportation can be adjusted. The machine meets current GMP requirements.
Designed for washing and drying 10 – 1,000 ml round bottles made of different materials. For operation the machine needs tap water, distilled water and compressed air with pressure of 0.4 – 0.8 MPa. The machine fully meets current GMP rules. Capacity of the machine is approx. 120 bottles per minute.
The machine is ideal for small and medium size production of liquid forms in bottles. It has a simple structure, high degree of automation and works with 10 – 20 ml bottles. For operation the machine needs compressed air with pressure 0.2 – 0.4 MPa. Production capacity is 40 – 200 bottles per minute.
