Designed for filling incoming dry bottles (sterilized and siliconised). Pneumatic stoppers hold bottles in a raw at a time below the filling nozzles. During the stationary position, the set fill volume is delivered into bottles. Applicable containers must be within 20 – 75 mm in diameter and 25 – 170 mm in height.
The incoming dry vials (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the in-feed turntable and suitably guided on the moving delrin slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below filling unit. The filling unit consists syringes & nozzles uses for the filling. The vials in a raw are stopped under the filling nozzles by the starwheel rotating indexing mechanism for filling operation and move further to stoppering station for stoppering operation. Output is 30 – 200 vials per minute.
Designed for capping bottles with ROPP caps. On-line filled containers are fed and guided on the moving SS/Plastic slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below Capping Head. Applicable containers must be within 22 – 60 mm in diameter and 50 – 180 mm in height. The machine can work with caps 22, 25, 28 and 32 mm in diameter.
Duly Stoppered vials are fed on the conveyor enter into the infeed star wheel which transfers it to center star wheel under sealing head. Aluminum caps kept in vibratory bowl automatically orient caps in right direction before entering the delivery chute. Applicable containers must be within 16 – 52 mm in diameter and 25 – 110 mm in height. The machine can work with caps 13, and 20 mm in diameter.
On-line filled & capped containers are fed in to machine via single conveyor divided in equal quantum in further movement on two lines for visual inspection by operators. Black and white background helps them to inspect the bottle visually. On inspection, the bottles are placed on center conveyor for outlet.
