It is easy to use this machine which had been minimized in noises and dusts. The machine has been designed in a way to replace parts easily. Weight can be adjusted in front of the machine and the gauge is designed in a clockwise fashion for enhanced convenience.
This machine is applicable for manufacturing two different products A and B, and films for inner/external films and nonwoven films. I-Mark Calibration Sensor is installed to cut out products according to single patterns and is also applicable for continuous patterns. The entire supply unit rotates 180 degrees to make it convenient to maintain the machine, replace parts and clean nozzles. Output is 30 – 60 EA/ min. on 1 row.
